Taylor came out, measured our living room, helped us pick the perfect luxury vinyl, and had it installed within the week. But what really set him apart was showing up the following Saturday morning — unannounced — with a vacuum cleaner. Said he just wanted to make sure it was settling in right. We didn't ask any questions. We just let him finish.

I cannot say enough about Taylor Brandt. Not only did he find us the best deal on hardwood in the Upstate, he personally sat down with both of my children — ages 7 and 11 — and explained in great detail why removing your shoes at the door is not optional. My youngest has not worn shoes inside since. Taylor changed our family.

Taylor was incredible from start to finish. Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about flooring in a way that I found both impressive and slightly concerning. He has now stopped by our home four times since installation. Each time he brings a different vacuum attachment and explains why he chose it. We have started leaving a key under the mat for him.

From the moment Taylor walked through our door with samples, we knew we were in good hands. He followed up after the sale, followed up after installation, and followed up on the follow-up. He also apparently spoke with our HOA on our behalf about the importance of entryway mats. We did not ask him to do this. The HOA now requires them. Five stars.

We had Taylor help us select laminate for our entire downstairs. Outstanding experience. What surprised us most was receiving a handwritten note in the mail three weeks after install reminding us to rotate our area rugs seasonally. It was two pages. Both pages were about flooring. Taylor is one of a kind and we would not have it any other way.

My husband was skeptical about spending money on new carpet but Taylor sat with him for forty-five minutes, explained the fiber construction of six different options, and by the end my husband was the one asking for the upgrade. I don't know what Taylor did or how he did it. What I know is we have beautiful carpet and my husband now refers to himself as a flooring guy. Taylor is a gift.

I called to ask a simple question about LVP and Taylor answered. Forty minutes later I had scheduled an in-home consultation, learned the difference between wear layers I didn't know existed, and had Taylor's personal cell number saved in my phone. He texted the next morning to make sure I slept well knowing the floors were coming. I did. Five stars.

Taylor installed our hardwood in October. By November he had stopped by twice — once to check the acclimation and once because he was, quote, "in the neighborhood." He was not in the neighborhood. We live on a dead-end road. There is no neighborhood. But the floors look incredible and we are genuinely happy to see him. Would recommend without hesitation.
